What is a Full-Service Community School?
A Full-Service Community School (FSCS) is both a place and a set of partnerships between the school and local community resources. An FSCS focuses on academics, health and social services, youth development, and community engagement to improve student learning and strengthen families and communities. Schools become centers of the community and are open to everyone – all day, every day, evenings and weekends.Bethune is currently in the beginning stages of the implementation process.  For more information feel free to stop by room 116 or contact Ms. Vanessa at 612-668-2555.
